Your privacy is important to Unibag. For this reason we have developed a simple Privacy Policy in which we describe how we use your data.

What data do we request at

Required customer contact information. This is name, surname, telephone and e-mail. Information about the products you are interested in.

All the information entered in is requested to contact the customer in order to be able to quote the requested products. All information is kept strictly confidential.

What data does keep?

We keep your personal data, such as name, last name, phone number and/or e-mail address to keep records of your inquiries.

This website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are files that are stored on your browser to collect general information about how you use the website: pages you visit, where you click, time spent on the site, age, gender and interests, etc.

Privacy Statement: It is important for you to know that Unibag will not transfer, in any way and to any other company, personal data of the consultations made through this website, and assures you that these will be handled in an absolutely confidential manner and in accordance with current legislation on the processing of personal data (for Chile Law No. 19,628 on protection of privacy or protection of personal data). The above does not prevent us from sharing your data, as long as you have previously authorized it and with the sole purpose of offering you the products, services and benefits we have for our customers.

The client will always have the right to request information about his/her registered personal data and to request the rectification, elimination and/or cancellation of this data when he/she deems it convenient, in accordance with Law N° 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life, for which he/she should write to us at [email protected].

The information generated by these cookies about the behavior of users, as well as their IP addresses, is transmitted by the browser to Google servers in the United States and other countries. On behalf of Google will use this information for the purpose of generating reports on the activity occurring on the website, offering additional services for the analysis of user behavior.
