Traditional TNT Fabric and Vegetable Fabrics
Our reusable bags are available in two fabric options:
- Traditional TNT fabric based on 100% recyclable polypropylene.
- Vegetable fabrics based on corn starch (PLA), compostable
Customization and Design
We offer the option to design your own custom printed reusable bags, whether you want to print your company logo, a creative design or a personalized message, our custom reusable bags are a great way to stand out and make a difference in the world.
Handle options
In addition to its strength and durability, we offer closed options such as side ties to close the bag at the top and side handles for easy transport.
Resistance
The seamless ultrasonic sealing construction ensures better strength and gives the bag a better presentation. The resistance of the reusable bags has been tested and certified and has a report from IDIEM (Laboratorio Univ. De Chile) showing that they can withstand up to 20 kg, depending on the size and weight of the fabric.
Recyclables
Reusable TNT fabric sacks can be recycled at the end of their life cycle. And the plant fabric sacks can be recovered and composted in 180 days.
Unibag has a post-consumer recovery program for reusable bags, which has containers set up in different parts of the country to deposit bags in poor condition and then send them for recycling or composting to properly close their life cycle.
Solar-powered manufacturing
Unibag uses self-generated renewable energy to produce its reusable bags.
The energy is generated through 500 solar panels that are installed in our factory. This means that not only are you producing a product that helps reduce the amount of plastic you use, but you are also reducing CO2 emissions in its production.
