Our reusable vegetable bags are made from corn starch (PLA) and are DIN CERTCO Biobased certified. This certification accredits that the bag is 100% PLA, thus guaranteeing its materiality and compliance with law 21.100 #ChaoBolsasPlásticas in Chile.
We offer the option to design your own reusable vegetable bags with custom printing whether you want to print your company logo, a creative design or a personalized message. In short, our custom reusable bags are a great way to highlight your brand and make a difference in the world.
Unibag reusable vegetable bags are industrially compostable in 180 days. The composting process produces a compost rich in nutrients, water and air, key elements for the natural fertilization of soils and agricultural crops.
At Unibag we have an International Compostability Certificate issued by Nature Works llc, adopted by DINCERTCO, which certifies that the vegetable bags are manufactured with compostable raw material.
In addition, our bags have undergone a rigorous testing process at Armony’s industrial composting plant, which confirms their compostability under these conditions.
The reusable vegetable bags have been designed to support up to 20 kilos in weight, which makes them ideal for carrying a large quantity of products.
This capacity has been tested and certified by a test carried out according to registration No. 1356898 issued by the research, development and innovation of structure and materials IDIEM, which guarantees the resistance of UNIBAG plant fabric bags.
Unibag has a post-consumer recovery program to ensure the recycling or industrial composting of its products.
Thanks to containers set up in retail stores and public institutions, users can deposit their bags and envelopes once they have completed their life cycle.
These vegetable cloth bags are manufactured with clean energy, thanks to UNIBAG’s photovoltaic plant, which has more than 500 solar panels that allow the production of all reusable bags with self-generated solar energy.
