We are looking for a passionate and experienced person in the field of sustainability to fill the role of Head of Sustainability in our company.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
– Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, integrating circular economy and eco-design practices.
– Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of sustainability and continuous improvement within the company.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, NGOs, government entities, media and relevant stakeholders in the field of sustainability.
– Oversee environmental management for regulatory compliance, including the REP Law, the SINADER and SIDREP Single Window, as well as Footprint measurement (Huella Chile).
– Manage the recertification of Company B, Clean Production Agreements and state instruments for productive development (CORFO).
<strong>Requirements</strong>
– Previous experience in similar roles, demonstrating measurable achievements in sustainability projects within companies.
– Knowledge of the circular economy ecosystem and skills to apply these concepts in business strategies and product development.
– Familiarity with certification systems for B Companies, Clean Production Agreements, and experience in the use of state instruments such as CORFO.
– Detailed understanding and practical application of environmental regulations such as REP Law, Single Window SINADER and SIDREP, and ability to measure and manage Unibag’s corporate carbon footprint.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Education: Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources Engineering, Environmental Civil Engineering (or similar).

The objective of the position is to attract new and potential customers through different means of contact; Field, telephone sales, email and marketing, generating the maximum amount of leads, in order to generate new business for the organization.
